Job Description

BoxUp.com is seeking a Part Time Student - CSR - Graphic Design to join our remote team. This position is suitable for a college student looking for part-time work, especially those majoring in graphic design, marketing, or a related business field. The role includes customer service responsibilities, as well as content creation for our website and social media platforms. Shifts are available starting ASAP with flexible working hours.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college, ideally majoring in graphic design, marketing, or a business-related field.
• Ability to engage in customer service via phone and chat.
• Experience in or a willingness to create videos for our website, social media, and email communications.
• Demonstrated skills in the following areas:
• Content Creation
• Graphic Design/Social Posts
• Email Creation
• Blog Uploading
• 3D Renders
• Must provide examples of past work in the relevant areas.

Additional Information

Available shifts are as follows:

• Tuesdays: Phones Shift 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. EST
• Wednesdays: Chat Shift 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. EST
• Fridays: Chat Shift 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. EST

Pay starts at $10.50/hour, with potential increases based on performance in design tasks. The work location is fully remote and offers growth opportunities in a fun, creative environment.
