This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and confident creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career within a collaborative design team.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Asset Delivery: Adapt and produce creative assets across digital and print (static and video), ensuring brand consistency and impact.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and external partners to ensure cohesive creative execution. Support on shoot production as needed, assisting with on-set tasks and contributing to the smooth delivery of shoots within a fast-growing, agile team environment.

Experience and Skills Required

• 2-4 years’ design experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, retail, or a fast-paced creative environment.

• Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). After Effects experience is desirable but not essential.

• Strong working knowledge of Figma.

• A portfolio demonstrating digital and print design, and short-form video.

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and colour.

• Familiarity with social-first content and platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid social).

• Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and responding constructively to feedback.

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to contribute creatively beyond day-to-day execution.
