Creative Graphic Designer

X.Wave Marketing is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative production studio. You’ll be responsible for driving visual output across campaigns, digital content, and experiential projects for clients in lifestyle, fashion, music, and consumer brands. In this high-ownership role, you’ll lead the design from concept through execution, translate creative concepts into dynamic visuals, and develop assets for print, digital, social, and events. You will collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring ideas to life, support packaging and event graphics, and help build internal brand materials. You should be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, iterating quickly, and maintaining high standards of design quality under tight deadlines. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools is required, with additional experience in motion, 3D, or experiential design considered a plus. We value strong design skills, cultural awareness, adaptability, and a proactive approach to creative challenges.
