Graphic & Design Freelancer [Urgent]

H.A. Kidd and Company Limited is looking for a freelance contractor to collaborate on ongoing design projects. You will complete design work as required, working remotely and submitting invoices with detailed timesheets. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is essential, and you must have the latest Adobe Creative Cloud licence and a reliable computer with a stable internet connection. The role is strictly contract-based with flexible assignment-based hours, and you will be required to sign an NDA and an agreement transferring all design rights for completed projects to the company. There are no employment benefits or fixed hours, and the engagement can be ended by either party with notice.

Freelance Contractor – Design Projects
H.A. Kidd and Company Limited is seeking a skilled freelance contractor to collaborate on design projects. This is a contract-based engagement designed for flexibility and project-based work, not employment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver design work as requested by H.A. Kidd and Company Limited on an as-needed basis.
Required
• The freelance contractor must be highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• The freelance contractor must have the latest Adobe Creative Cloud licence – 2026
• The freelance contractor must have a reliable internet connection and must have a reliable PC or Mac to carry out all the assigned tasks. • Maintain open communication and submit timesheets for full visibility of project progress and hours worked. Every invoice must be accompanied with a timesheet describing the job.
• Ensure all completed designs meet required standards and deadlines.
Terms of Engagement
• This role is contractual and does not constitute employment of any kind.
• The contractor is not entitled to leave credits, paid holidays, or any employee benefits.
• There are no fixed working hours; work is performed as projects are assigned.
• The contractor may terminate the engagement by providing notice before he/she takes up the last job, and H.A. Kidd and Company Limited may do the same.
• The contractor will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain confidentiality.
• The contractor must sign an agreement transferring all design rights for completed work to H.A. Kidd and Company Limited and its Assigns upon completion of each project.
• All contractual terms recognize that this engagement is strictly project-based, with no implications of permanent or salaried employment.
