Job Description

BSM Creatives team is seeking a Freelance Paid Marketing Manager to build the funnel for our Facebook & Instagram Ad marketing campaign and to create and manage ads. Any candidate should have experience on creating ad campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and do retargeting. This is a freelance, remote position with flexible work hours and location. Although as our creative team is based in New York City, being located in New York is a plus for a long-term work potential with our team in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

• Design and run integrated paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising for our business account.
• Build a successful marketing funnel to ensure we collect potential client contacts and convert leads into scheduled calls.
• Manage lead generation, messaging, and retargeting campaigns.
• Analyze our landing pages and provide necessary feedback for our website manager to optimize landing pages for ads.
• Monitor and nurture leads to ensure sales calls are scheduled to facilitate conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall brand goals while continuously testing and refining creative assets for better conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, ManyChat, and Email Marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles including keyword research, conversion optimization, media planning, and media buying strategies.
• Ability to develop budgets for digital campaigns while ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Additional Information

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience: Paid Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
