Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of content creation and platform management for Chilly Water and Carolina Ice this summer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and on it, and wants the opportunity to help grow two fast-moving brands.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and execute engaging content across:
• YouTube
• TikTok
• Instagram
• Facebook
• X (Twitter)
• Manage a monthly content budget to produce high-quality content
• Act as the primary content creator (you may also be the face of the brands)
• Coordinate and direct additional participants when needed
• Respond to all comments and direct messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms

Content & Account Guidelines

• All content must be approved prior to posting via simple text authorization
• Any account changes (bio updates, profile edits, following/unfollowing, etc.) must be approved in advance
• No content may be posted without explicit approval

Compensation Structure

Base Pay

• $1,500/month (summer role)
• Monthly content budget provided

Performance-Based Commission

• 5% commission on all tracked sales generated from content

Example:

• Content generates $20,000 in sales
• → Earn
• $1,000 commission

All content will utilize:

• Trackable links
• Promo codes
• Platform attribution

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation
• Comfortable being on camera and/or directing content
• Self-starter who can manage content independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple platforms
• Focused on driving real results and growth

Position Details

This is a results-driven role—you create content, grow the brand, and share directly in the revenue you help generate.

Pay: From $600.00 per week
