B2B Pharmaceutical LinkedIn Targeting & Engagement Brief

Adalvo is a B2B pharmaceutical company operating across over 140 markets and collaborating with more than 170 commercial partners. We are launching a new partner programme, and social media, particularly LinkedIn, will play a central role. We are looking for a senior social media manager to design and deliver consistent, engaging content to deepen public partner relationships and produce engagement data that demonstrates marketing’s commercial contribution to business development. Your responsibilities will include creating a monthly content calendar with at least 12 posts across designated content pillars, drafting post copy and providing creative direction, developing strategies for gated asset downloads, and delivering clear monthly reports mapping engagement data to specific partner accounts. Content must be optimised for LinkedIn’s B2B audience and drive measurable partner engagement, with a focus on metrics such as likes, shares, post impressions, asset downloads, and new followers. You will collaborate with the in-house creative team as needed and ensure all activity links social success to tangible commercial outcomes. The work is fully remote and needs to commence within a week.
