Position: Freelance Digital Marketing Advisory Consultant

VegFund, a U.S.-based nonprofit, empowers vegan activists worldwide by funding and supporting outreach activities that inspire the adoption of plant-based diets and a vegan lifestyle. The organization focuses on raising awareness about animal exploitation, educating the public on the health benefits of plant-based diets, and promoting vegan living as essential to environmental protection and climate change mitigation.
Since its inception in 2009 and the launch of its digital marketing effort in 2018, VegFund seeks a seasoned digital marketing consultant to assist its Marketing and Communications Team. The consultant will provide up to 2 advisory hours per week for a duration of 12 to 36 months, with a focus on improving communication frequency and efficiency using VegFund’s client relationship management system, Hubspot.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience leading and coaching digital marketing teams.
- Proficient in market research, contact segmentation strategies, and communications frequency.
- Statistical analysis and team advisory experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Hubspot, Asana, and Google Analytics; exposure to Data Studio is a plus.
- Understand and attest to the benefits of a vegan lifestyle and its impact on society.
- Compensation is at an hourly rate of up to USD $130, based on qualifications and experience.
