Job Description

Eternal Jewelry is a small, growing online jewelry brand seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to enhance our presence and drive sales on TikTok and Instagram. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about jewelry and fashion, stay updated on social trends, and know how to create engaging content that resonates with audiences. Responsibilities include planning and creating content, managing our social channels, and supporting paid ad campaigns. The position is mainly remote, requiring occasional on-site visits to our studio in Newtown, PA, and events in nearby regions for content shoots.

Important: Being on camera is a core part of this role. You must be confident and comfortable appearing in video content. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable on camera.
Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar for TikTok and Instagram
• Create engaging short-form video content, reels, stories, and graphics that reflect the brand aesthetic
• Appear on camera regularly for video shoots at the studio and at events
• Edit video and photo content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar tools
• Grow our organic following and engagement on TikTok and Instagram
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table
• Support and help manage paid ad campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager to drive sales
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates on effectiveness
• Utilize AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for content ideation, captions, and creative workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of social media management experience, ideally for a product or ecommerce brand
• Confident and natural on camera; comfortable being the face of content in short-form videos and live shoots
• Strong eye for aesthetics and understanding of TikTok and Instagram dynamics
• Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar editing tools
• Familiarity with paid social advertising on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager is a plus
• Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is preferred
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar as part of workflows
• Self-starter who can work independently and bring ideas without direction
• Genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands
