Job Description

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer eager to influence the future of AI by providing high-quality training data for large-scale language and vision models. Your design expertise will help tomorrow’s AI learn to recognize layout principles, evaluate visual hierarchy, interpret color theory, and understand the creative decision-making involved in exceptional design. You will analyze AI-generated graphics, evaluate composition, annotate design errors, and collaborate with our team to refine evaluation processes and design quality guidelines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development.
• Fluency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX-related work is valuable.
• Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a plus.
• Additional skills in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography are beneficial.
• Strong creative judgment, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
