Job Description

We are a business brokerage looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help produce content and grow our presence on Facebook and LinkedIn. Experience in financial or business content strategy and scaling social media presence is a must. Your goal will be to take complex business and financial concepts and turn them into engaging, digestible content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Generation: Research and write daily/weekly posts including industry insights, current topics affecting business owners, educational snippets about the M&A process and more.
• Visual Storytelling: Create high-quality graphics and short-form videos.
• Engagement: Monitor social channels to engage with our community and stay updated on trending topics in the small business and finance sectors.
• Scale: Creating and implementing a plan to increase our presence and gain followers.
• Strategy: Assist in managing a content calendar to ensure a consistent voice across all platforms.

Requirements

• A Passion for Business: You must have a genuine interest in finance, entrepreneurship, or small business news.
• Creative Eye: Understanding tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with the Business Brokerage industry or M&A.
