Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user behavior, design principles, and usability best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, consistent, and user-friendly.
  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and improve design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
  • Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments.
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practicality and business goals.
