Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our organization! In this role, you will be the driving force behind the visual designs that elevate our brand identity across multiple platforms. Your expertise will help craft captivating digital and print materials, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and message.

Responsibilities

• Designing various types of print and digital materials including mail pieces, brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
• Ensuring all designs are high-quality, innovative, and on-brand.
• Working with the Marketing Director to coordinate advertising initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Photo Shop.
• Solid understanding of Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other design software and tools.
• Knowledge or experience in digital marketing a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Experience

• Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred).
