Motion Graphics Editor Needed for Cinematic YouTube Documentarie [Urgent]
We are a YouTube documentary channel, and we are seeking a Motion Graphics Editor with strong video editing skills who understands documentary-style storytelling. You will work with scripts, voiceovers, and visual direction notes to create visually rich, cinematic, and engaging YouTube videos that communicate complex topics. The position requires proficiency in motion graphics, infographic animation, cinematic typography, and sound design, ideally using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. You should be able to transform narration into compelling sequences and ensure efficient pacing and viewer retention. This project focuses on psychology, society, technology, geopolitics, and similar subjects. We have an initial batch of around 50 videos, with long-term opportunities as the channel grows. We value consistency, creativity, strong communication, attention to deadlines, and a willingness to grow with us. Performance-based bonuses and opportunities for increases in pay are available for standout work.
