Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in the CPG world, especially food, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands. Someone who understands how to make products feel irresistible on a shelf, in a Shopify store, and across social. This role is for a fast-moving founder-led brand building modern products that blend wellness, design, and culture. Think less “corporate agency deck,” more “premium Erewhon aisle energy.”

Requirements

You Should Have:

• Experience designing for CPG brands
• Strong understanding of packaging and print production
• A portfolio with food, beverage, supplements, wellness, or beauty brands
• Taste level that feels modern, elevated, clean, and premium
• Ability to balance creativity with conversion
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva or Figma expert is a huge plus)
• Understanding of DTC brands and social-first design
• Ability to move quickly and collaborate directly with founders

• Functional food or wellness brands

• Shopify/PageFly
• Packaging manufacturers/printers
• Motion graphics or light animation
• AI creative workflows

What You’ll Work On

• Packaging design
• Product labels + dielines
• Retail mockups + merchandising concepts
• Brand systems, typography, color refinement, iconography
