Job Description

Learning Advantage is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer (2 to 3 days per week) to join their content team. The role is ideal for a creative and organized recent graduate or a designer with 1 to 2 years of experience looking for flexible and varied work. The designer will help tell the story of the company’s products to customers and beyond.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications:

• A recent Graphic Design graduate, or 1 to 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
• Hands-on exposure across print, photography, web, and multimedia (academic, internship, or freelance work counts).
• A strong eye for visual communication and curiosity about how design drives sales on e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
• Confidence in managing time across multiple small projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with management, content, and sales teams to provide strategic design advice and complete design projects across all platforms.
• Plan and execute visual communication strategies across all sales platforms, including Amazon marketplaces.
• Edit, manipulate, and create images with proper lighting, perspective, and color.
• Store and manage files in the asset library.
• Build a deep understanding of product range and proactively seek improvements in visual communications to maximize sales.
• Monitor industry and product marketing trends and discuss them with the team.
• Display professional qualities including time management, focus, communication, and punctuality.

Required Skills and Experience

• College graduate with a Graphic Design focus (or equivalent qualification).
• Proficiency with Mac OS and/or Windows platforms.
• Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Exposure to e-commerce design, video editing, asset management systems, or AI applications for graphic designers.
