Job Description

Paid Media & ABM Specialist
Remote, part-time (20 hrs. per week), 6-months temp. Paid Media & ABM Specialist opportunity with a fast-growing software development company! In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of the Paid Social and Display strategy, specifically focused on LinkedIn and ABM orchestration platform, 6sense. Reporting to the Director of Global Campaigns, you will partner closely with the Senior Digital Marketing & Lifecycle Manager to drive web engagement and pipeline across global regions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience: Proven track record of managing paid media programs with $1M+ budgets in a fast-paced software environment.
• Expertise in LinkedIn & ABM Platforms: Highly proficient in LinkedIn Ad formats and 6sense/Demandbase/ABM equivalent tools, can independently plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with minimal oversight.
• Analytical Rigor: Comfortable working with data stacks and using tools like Sigma/Tableau to pull insights and inform factual decision-making.
• Independence & Clear Communication: Master of time management with the ability to clearly communicate blockers, needs, and solutions quickly.
• Experience with Salesforce & GA4 is preferred: Experience navigating CRM data and Google Analytics 4 to track full-funnel impact of campaigns.
• Minor Creative Skills is preferred: Comfortable making quick edits in Canva or Figma when needed.
• AI Tooling experience is preferred: Leverage AI to work faster, whether for analysis or execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute Paid Social & Display Campaigns: Build, launch, optimize, and manage campaigns within LinkedIn Ads and 6sense to reach the right buying committees at the right time.
• Dynamic Budget Management: Proactively manage and shift monthly budgets across Paid Social and Display to ensure spend is in line with forecast and optimized for highest return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Uncover Insights with Data: Dive into LinkedIn, 6sense, and Sigma to pull performance trends, explain the “why,” and suggest tactical shifts to scale wins.
• Creative Agility: Handle minor tweaks to ad variations to enable rapid testing of creative to find the highest performers.

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT:
Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale for roles that may be hired in specified locations, including a starting pay for this role of $45-$58/hr. DOE.

Pay: $45.00 - $58.00 per hour
