Job Description

The Intersect Group is partnering with a globally recognized consumer-focused organization that is committed to delivering engaging digital experiences. We are seeking a Junior Motion Graphic Designer to support motion and video initiatives for a high-traffic consumer mobile app and internal communications. This role will involve producing standardized motion graphic assets, short-form videos, and presentation-driven content that adheres to established brand guidelines and creative templates.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update standard motion graphic assets for a consumer-facing mobile application.
• Assist with short-form sizzle reels, highlight videos, and motion elements for executive and internal presentations.
• Animate supplied designs, layouts, and storyboards while adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Implement revisions and updates based on stakeholder feedback in a fast-moving environment.
• Support the creative team with basic video editing, transitions, and motion refinement.
• Manage multiple small projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and delivery expectations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics or video design (internships or freelance experience acceptable).
• Foundational understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to follow established brand standards, templates, and creative direction.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working on iterative projects with frequent feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating motion or video content for mobile apps or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with social media or consumer-brand video styles.
• Exposure to executive-facing or presentation-driven creative work.
• Basic knowledge of file formatting and optimization for digital delivery.

Additional Information

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
