Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing the creative strategy and direction for various print media programs including direct mail catalogs, magazine and local media ads, in-store events, store signage, brand ads, and product category ads. This position requires collaboration with different departments to create concepts and drive results throughout the creative process, from ideation to execution.

Requirements

• Partner with leadership and collaborate with key departments to create marketing elements that align with business needs.
• Design and provide mock-ups, maintaining an innovative pipeline of creative ideas for all print channels.
• Ensure marketing messages remain fresh, compelling, and relevant.
• Conceive and develop designs for various print collateral including direct mail, in-store advertising, local and national ads, monthly magazine ads, and more.
• Design experimental concepts for out-of-home and digital formats, including billboards and email advertising.
• Present creative work to executives and develop a stakeholder working group for concept ideation.
• Build effective relationships with marketing, packaging, e-commerce, and category management teams.
• Offer communication and guidance to production teams regarding creative work.
• Participate in key presentations to communicate creative concepts and prepare materials.
• Develop and maintain a standardized style guide for all print media.
• Research competitive environments, industry best practices, and marketing trends.
• Participate in art direction for photography.

Additional Information

The anticipated rate for this position is $50.57 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates can accrue paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless required otherwise by law. The Company observes 100 hours of paid holiday time.
