Luxury NYC Pet Brand – SMM & Editor (Retention & Community Focus)
We are Spot Dog Daycare, a Manhattan-based dog business with a dedicated community of 500 dog clients. Having launched seven months ago, our brand aesthetic is approachable luxury—warm, upscale, inclusive, and high-end without being stuffy. We are seeking a long-term social media partner, starting with a 30-day paid trial, to manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts. The focus of the role is to use social media as a tool for client retention and loyalty by fostering community among our existing clients, rather than pursuing viral reach. The content should make our current owners feel proud to be part of our community, creating a curated and upscale digital ‘clubhouse’ or yearbook feel. The role includes creating 15 edited video posts per month, posting three story updates daily, and organizing content for weekly review. Brand assets will be provided. We require examples of community-building work for local businesses or premium brands, and monthly and itemized quotes for both content creation and active community management (comments and DMs) are appreciated.
