Graphic Designer Brown Sugar Babe, LLC – Remote [Urgent]

Brown Sugar Babe is a luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to lead the execution and elevation of our visual brand across all channels. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for delivering best-in-class creative across product launches, marketing campaigns, packaging, in-store experiences, and digital platforms. The designer will work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing, and Sales teams to support brand growth and customer engagement, and is expected to operate independently, delivering polished, production-ready work. The role covers a broad range of responsibilities, from packaging and campaign development, to digital content, print production, and product storytelling. Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing experience in luxury, beauty, or consumer product branding with proven ability in brand identity, packaging design, marketing creative, and multi-channel campaigns. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and experience with motion graphics, video content, and digital design tools are valued. The position is fully remote and requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic team environment.
