Bilingual Social Media Manager for Urban Music Artist [Searching]

Social Media Manager is needed in Puerto Rico, United States.

I am a mother from Puerto Rico, determined to help my son’s music career succeed. My son is a reggaeton and urban trap artist with energy and dedication, but he lacks a strong online presence and needs help building his brand and following. I am seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) social media manager to create, manage, and grow his profiles on TikTok, Instagram (Reels), Spotify for Artists, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate knows how to optimize profiles, create regular content, write captions and hashtag strategies in both languages, and develop a posting calendar. You should be experienced with Latin/urban music artists, understand the Puerto Rican urban music scene, and be familiar with current trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Previous experience growing artists’ social media and portfolios of past work are preferred. The goal is to grow his presence and connect with fans in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Latino market.

I’m a mother from Puerto Rico doing everything I can to help my son’s music career take off. He is a reggaeton and urban trap artist with real talent, dedication, and the hunger to succeed — but he doesn’t have an audience yet because he doesn’t know how to put himself out there on social media. He has the music. He has the drive. What he’s missing is someone who knows how to present him to the world the right way — building his brand, growing his following, and connecting him with the people who would love his sound. I’m not a music industry professional. I’m a mom who believes in her son and wants to give him a real shot. I’m looking for someone who is passionate about urban Latin music and knows how to build an artist’s presence from the ground up on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
