Job Description

Our small-but-growing design agency is in need of a talented, responsible graphic designer to join our team. The position is for a freelance graphic designer specifically, with an initial workload of 5-10 hours per week, scaling up to 20+ hours per week. The agency values delivering high-quality work to clients on time, fostering a positive team environment, and building long-term relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• A degree in design or a directly-related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio is required; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Availability for the majority of the standard working day in the Eastern US Time Zone.
• Ability to provide estimates and adhere to deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team and accept feedback positively.
• While primarily a graphic designer, experience in additional skills such as Wordpress development, project coordination, SEO, social media management, or illustration is desirable.

Additional Information

Initial pay is $40/hour, with regular raises as the agency grows. The position is remote, offering a flexible schedule. The agency prioritizes professionalism and delivering projects on time while minimizing stress.
