Video Game Composer [Searching]
We are FREOCREO STUDIO, a new game studio in the early stages of developing our first product. The project is a reasonably small mobile RPG that centers around eyesight and vision as a core concept. We are entirely self-funded and have managed all development in-house so far, but we are seeking to bring in the expertise of a seasoned composer to help bring the game to life and let the game speak for itself amongst the competition.
The music should be engaging, memorable and, most of all, fun for players. We’re aiming more for melodic music as opposed to atmospheric tracks - stuff that can really stick in your head long after you’ve heard it.
The core elements we want conveyed through the music are high-intensity combat music mixed with post-apocalyptic fantasy - think swords and shields with magic and dragons - but with hints of sci-fi. This is a very Japanese-inspired game, so music you often hear in a JRPG is a good reference point.
Budget for the project can be negotiable, as it’s all funded internally - but we want to stick to industry standard rates to make it fair for the composer. We value your time and your work, and want to create something truly unique.
