Job Description

K&M Productions is an established real estate media company based in Las Vegas that creates photo and video content for local real estate agents. We are looking to build a referral network of experienced social media managers to connect with our clients. This is a referral partnership opportunity, not a job opening, internship, or entry-level position. We are not hiring employees or providing training; instead, we will refer qualified partners to our real estate clients in need of social media management services.

Requirements

To be considered for the referral partnership, you must:

• Currently operate your own social media management business or freelance practice
• Have extensive experience managing social media for real estate agents, personal brands, or similar service-based businesses
• Provide a portfolio of past and current work
• Provide client references upon request
• Demonstrate success with content strategy, account growth, Reels, short-form video, branding, and audience engagement
• Be comfortable communicating directly with clients and managing projects independently

Additional Information

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
