Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Social Media Agent to join our team, focusing on community management and handling inquiries across various platforms for our valued clients. The position offers a temporary pay rate of $21.00 per hour (W2). The role involves extensive social media engagement with day-to-day inquiries from multiple brands across the US, Canada, and UK.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in customer service
• Extensive “hands on” experience with social media/marketing
• 2 years experience in an office environment
• Social Media experience
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be an English speaker

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service experience to consumers and customers
• Maintain effective customer service for all internal and external customers through in-depth knowledge of Company products and programs
• Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
• Attend training classes for self-development to stay current on customer service procedures
• Problem solve in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with consumers via various channels (telephone, email, chat, social media, etc.)
• Handle incoming faxes, calls, voicemails, emails, and manage data input and filing
• Address issues to ensure first call resolution

Additional Information

New hires must have a working device (such as a cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process. All new hires are required to successfully complete Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency in the material, with no time off allowed during the training period.

The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:00 PM Atlantic time. Shift times may change based on client requirements, and overtime may be required.
