Job Description

The role involves working as an experienced graphic designer to support the launch of new retail products for an established industrial equipment manufacturer. This position offers flexible part-time work at a rate of $50/hour, primarily remote with occasional travel to the Brenham, Texas office for hands-on collaboration. The designer will create retail packaging, product labels, brochures, web graphics, and other marketing assets, participating in small, quick assignments that require minimal direction.

Requirements

• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design.
• Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills (required).
• Professional print production experience.
• Packaging and label design experience is highly preferred.
• Strong typography, layout, color, composition, and file preparation skills.
• Able to take a high-level objective and produce excellent finished work without extensive supervision.
• Comfortable working live over screen share while making edits or developing concepts together.
• Highly responsive during normal U.S. business hours.
• Able to handle same-day or next-day requests when projects are active.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable moving between several small projects.
