• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights about audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to boost reach and engagement.
• Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Maintain strong relationship management by engaging with followers, responding promptly to comments/messages, and fostering community growth.
• Conduct keyword research for content optimization and SEO purposes to enhance visibility in search results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions.
• Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, graphic design, and social listening techniques.
