Job Description

This is a remote position for a Graphic Designer on a fixed-term contract (3 months, with potential renewal). The role is based in Nigeria and reports to the Head of Operations. The compensation is ₦75,000/month with a post-contract upgrade pathway.

You will be responsible for owning Career Bridge Foundation’s visual identity across digital platforms. This involves designing social media graphics, marketing materials, presentation decks, lead magnets, and other brand assets that communicate our mission and engage our audience. Great design goes beyond aesthetics; it simplifies ideas, builds trust, and inspires action.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design for a business, agency, or freelance clients.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media design, marketing materials, and presentation design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Self-directed, creative, and open to feedback.

About the Role

You will design high-quality graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating visual assets for campaigns, webinars, events, email marketing, and programme launches; designing presentation decks, lead magnets, reports, certificates, and other branded documents; and developing templates for consistent content production.

Collaboration with the Social Media Manager and Content Developer is essential to produce engaging visual content. You will maintain and evolve Career Bridge’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and prepare design assets for both digital and print use when required. Incorporating feedback quickly while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail is also crucial.
