Job Description

Glenna Stone Interiors is a luxury interior design studio seeking a skilled freelancer to manage our social media presence and visual brand. This position is an ongoing contract engagement, aimed at finding someone who can grow with us as a trusted long-term partner. The freelancer will work directly with studio leadership and the design team, focusing on translating beautiful interiors into compelling digital content that reflects a luxury lifestyle brand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a luxury aesthetic; experience in interiors, hospitality, architecture, or lifestyle branding preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with video editing, particularly for Reels and short-form content
• Exceptional skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Strong written communication skills; able to write in a brand voice
• Philadelphia-area based preferred; occasional in-studio and site visits required

Scope of Work

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow presence on Instagram/Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Develop content plans and editorial calendars aligned with studio projects and brand voice
• Create and edit short-form video content, focusing on increasing video engagement
• Prepare and post all content optimized for each platform’s algorithm
• Drive referral partner and strategic brand engagement across platforms
• Enter monthly data into analytics spreadsheets and adjust content strategy based on performance

Graphic Design & Brand Assets

• Design branded marketing assets, social templates, and brand collateral
• Update studio slideshows, presentations, and marketing materials using existing templates
• Support email marketing with visuals and announcements
• Format and rename project images for digital use and organize into the marketing asset database
• Capture behind-the-scenes studio and project content as needed (Philadelphia-area based)

Collaboration

• Partner with the design team on project launches and editorial storytelling
• Maintain a cohesive luxury visual identity across all digital touchpoints

Engagement Details

• Type: Independent contractor / freelance
• Hours: 10-15 hours per week (ongoing)
• Rate: $30+/hr depending on experience
• Location: Remote but requires in-person availability for studio work and onsite content capture in the Philadelphia area
