Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Layout professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative design professional with strong layout skills, client-focused attention to detail, and hands-on experience using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. In this position, you will review client requests, create clean and accurate graphic layouts, and support design production needs in a professional business services environment. The role offers a balanced hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, providing the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining flexibility during the workweek. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys bringing client concepts to life, working with modern design tools, and contributing to high-quality visual deliverables. The company will provide a Mac computer, mouse, and keyboard for the role.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
• Strong layout skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate client requests into accurate graphic layouts.
• Collaborative mindset to work with internal team members.
• Organizational skills to manage workloads in a hybrid environment.
• Access to a monitor and Cox high-speed internet (1 Gig or 500 MBPS). Must pass a background check.
• Must reside in Las Vegas, NV.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client requests and translate design instructions into accurate graphic layouts.
• Create, adjust, and prepare visual design files using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client specifications, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
• Use AI tools as part of the creative or production workflow when appropriate.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across assigned design projects.
• Manage daily workload in a hybrid work environment while staying responsive and organized.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Schedule/work arrangement: Hybrid position, 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
• Location requirement: Must live in Las Vegas, NV.
• Equipment provided: Mac computer, mouse, and keyboard.
• Remote work requirement: Candidate must provide an extra monitor and Cox high-speed internet.
• Internet requirement: Cox internet only, no Century Link.
• Required internet speed options: 1 Gig internet or 500 MBPS internet. Pass background check.
