I run a small artisan sourdough bakery in Dublin called Arán Amháin. I am looking for a social media manager to help grow the brand, mainly on Instagram and possibly TikTok. The role involves creating a basic content plan, improving the look and consistency of posts, writing captions, helping with reels and stories, and advising on what content to capture during baking, deliveries, or market sales. The tone should feel authentic, warm, local, and premium, reflecting a small-scale, handmade bakery focused on real bread, local customers, and community. Experience with food, cafés, bakeries, small businesses or local brands is preferred. I need help optimizing and improving existing photos and videos for better posts, plus guidance on content creation moving forward. The aim is to increase awareness, improve engagement, attract customers, and support wholesale growth. I am open to a small monthly package or trial project such as a social media audit, content strategy, four weeks of posts, reel ideas, profile improvements, and branding advice.
