Job Description

Nervana is a neuroscience-based digital health startup focused on helping individuals unlearn chronic symptoms through AI coaching and neuroscience-supported tools. We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence across various platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with the founding team to develop our social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage community interactions.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Nervana’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape our brand vision and tone.
• Create and schedule posts that convey our story and build anticipation for our launch (with the use of AI for efficiency).
• Research trends and engage with communities and influencers in wellness and mental health.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and audience growth.

Who You Are:

• A graduate student or recent graduate with a passion for mental health, neuroscience, or wellness.
• Familiar with social media storytelling and short-form video content.
• Creative, self-directed, and eager to grow with a mission-driven startup.
• Willing to be hands-on and resourceful.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in time-management.

Details:

• 2-5 hours per week for social media management, paid hourly.
• Remote work with flexible hours.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
