Social Media Manager is needed in Barcelona, Spain.

I’m an established electronic music artist and DJ based in Barcelona, with millions of streams, releases on respected international labels, support from major DJs, and collaborations with internationally known artists. The music and credibility are already there. The bottleneck is visibility. I’m looking for one sharp, ambitious person in Barcelona to take real ownership of my Instagram growth and content machine. This is not a community manager role. I do not need someone to make generic posts, recycle trends, or simply keep an account active. I need someone who can work with me to build and execute a serious Instagram growth strategy, plan content around my music, studio work, personality, career and life, meet in Barcelona weekly to shoot content in batches, direct me on what to shoot, edit high-retention Reels and short-form content, test hooks and posting strategies, and monitor analytics to drive measurable audience growth. I have a Sony ZV-E10, tripod, professional studio, music, existing footage, industry credibility and a lot of creative ideas. You should ideally understand Instagram growth, short-form content, video shooting/editing, content testing, and have relevant taste and creative intuition. This is a paid, ongoing role with an initial trial period and a flexible compensation structure based on experience and scope. The right person will collaborate passionately to grow the audience and leverage my existing platform.
