Social Media Manager is needed in Barcelona, Spain.

I’m an established electronic music artist and DJ based in Barcelona, with millions of streams, releases on respected international labels, support from major DJs, and collaborations with internationally known artists. The music and credibility are already there. The bottleneck is visibility. I’m looking for someone in Barcelona to take real ownership of my Instagram growth and content creation. This is not a generic community manager role. I need someone to build and execute a serious Instagram growth strategy, plan compelling content, meet in Barcelona once a week to shoot batches of content, direct and edit high-retention Reels, test and improve posting strategies, and help maintain a consistent publishing schedule for measurable audience growth. I already have professional gear and ideas; I need someone who understands Instagram growth, short-form content, and music or artist development, and who is collaborative with strong taste and creative instinct. This is an ongoing paid role with an initial trial; compensation will be structured based on experience and our agreed arrangement. I’m looking for the right person who wants to genuinely build something.
