Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Layout professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative, production-focused candidate with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys building clean, accurate, visually consistent layouts for business services projects. Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine graphic layouts for print, digital, marketing, presentation, or production materials.
• Prepare artwork and layout files with strong attention to alignment, spacing, typography, color, and brand consistency.
• Review design files for accuracy, quality, and production readiness before final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, revisions, deadlines, and final output needs.
• Manage multiple layout projects while maintaining quality, organization, and timely completion.
• Make edits, updates, and adjustments based on feedback while ensuring final materials meet specifications.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic layout.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in design software and tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $23.00 per hour.
• 2 weeks of training onsite, then a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Candidates must supply hard-wired internet (no Wi-Fi) with options for 1 Gig down and 35 up, or 500 down and 10 up.
• Client will supply laptop, keyboard, and mouse.
• Candidates must pass a background check.
• Overtime is mandatory when needed, which may also include weekend work.
• Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Las Vegas, NV.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company offers major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required.
