Job Description

The Designer at K-LOVE is a world-class creative responsible for developing compelling, spiritually engaging, and culturally relevant visual content that supports campaigns and branded content across physical and digital platforms. Reporting to the Visual Art Director, this role contributes to core excellence by creating graphics and mixed media designs that inspire hope and reflect God’s Word and promises. The Designer will collaborate on brand aesthetics and lead creative planning and brainstorming for various initiatives.

This is a temporary assignment lasting four months, requiring up to 20 hours of work per week. Applicants should provide samples of their work.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, developing key art and content, conceptualizing creative solutions, collaborating with team members, and maintaining creative assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3+ years in-house or ad agency experience.
• Ability to deliver inspired concepts under the guidance of the Visual Art Director, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to apply feedback and direction from the Visual Art Director to produce effective output and grow design capabilities.
• Strong understanding of fundamental design principles for web and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Keynote, PowerPoints, and familiarity with digital asset management systems.
• Experience in Sketch, After Effects, and Premiere is a plus.
• Experience in designing environmental graphics is a plus.
• Strong skills in HTML and CSS with a keen eye for future technology.
• Exhibits a love for learning and creative thinking.
• Self-disciplined, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and efficiency, comfortable with managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to represent the Ministry professionally.
• Commitment to staying up to date with emerging design technologies and tools, including approved AI-driven applications.
