Social Media Manager for Sustainable Beauty Brand (Instagram & TikTok)Urgent
Hope Naturals is a small UK sustainable beauty brand with a soap-free, sulphate-free rosemary shampoo bar for sensitive scalps and skin. We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager for an ongoing collaboration to grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and possibly Pinterest through engaging short-form video content.
The role includes creating and editing Reels and other short-form videos, working with UGC, suggesting content ideas and trends, writing captions and hashtags, scheduling posts, managing basic comments and messages, and providing a simple monthly summary of content performance. You should be confident using CapCut, Canva and Meta Business Suite, and able to create authentic content that is not overly polished or corporate. Experience with beauty, skincare or consumer brands is preferred. Please include examples of social media accounts or videos you have managed and briefly explain your interest in working with a sustainable startup.
