Paid Social Media Intern

Social Media Freelancer is needed in San Francisco, United States.

We are an early-stage music technology company in San Francisco building generative tools for professional music production. We are looking for a paid social media intern to create content for our Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on short-form video, music and internet culture, and turning rough ideas into finished posts. Responsibilities may include developing video concepts, filming product demos and behind-the-scenes content, editing videos for Reels and TikTok, writing captions, tracking trends, maintaining a posting schedule, and reviewing performance. Appearing on camera may be included if comfortable.

The ideal freelancer has experience creating or editing short-form social content, a strong eye for pacing, framing and sound, and can work independently in a fast-moving startup. Knowledge of music production or DAWs such as Ableton or Logic is a plus. The role is hybrid in San Francisco, with one or two days per week at our SoMa office, and is open to current students, recent graduates and early-career creators.

Our first product, DR-1, is a generative drum engine powered by a foundation model trained in-house. We’re looking for a paid social media intern to help create content for Resin’s Instagram and TikTok. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong instincts for short-form video, an interest in music and internet culture, and the energy to turn rough ideas into finished posts.
