Artist Manager

Creative Producer is needed in Hamburg, Germany.

We are looking for an experienced artist manager to support OXA, an established singer and performer based in Hamburg, known from The Voice of Germany and major musical theatre productions. The role will focus on developing her career as an independent artist, securing bookings, creating new live shows and supporting future music projects, beginning with an intimate live concept such as OXA & Piano.

The ideal freelancer will bring expertise in artist management, music management, artist development, live music, event production, production management, project management, executive or creative production, and live event production. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, communicate directly and professionally, and help build a reliable long-term creative and production team. This is an on-site role in Hamburg, and applicants must be based locally or able to work on-site without travel support.
