Creative Producer is needed in San Antonio, United States.

We are identical twin neuroradiologists building a social media brand that makes medicine and radiology engaging, entertaining, and easy to understand. We are looking for a freelance Creative Producer or Creative Director for an ASAP paid trial production day in San Antonio, with potential for ongoing work.

The freelancer will develop recurring content formats and creative concepts, create strong visual hooks, direct filming and on-camera performance, coach our twin chemistry, and help establish a consistent visual style for short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. Experience directing creators or on-camera talent, developing personality-driven content, and producing educational or healthcare content is preferred. The work will be on-site, although applicants willing to travel are welcome.

Role We’re looking for a freelance Creative Producer/Creative Director who can help shape our on-camera identity—not just film or edit videos. You will be responsible for developing recurring content formats, directing us during production, and making our twin dynamic a defining part of every video. Responsibilities * Develop creative concepts and recurring content series.

• Create unique visual hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds.
• Direct filming, including camera angles, blocking, pacing, movement, and performance.
• Coach our on-camera chemistry and interactions.
• Identify opportunities to make educational content more engaging while maintaining medical accuracy.
• Help establish a consistent visual style and brand identity.
• Plan and execute efficient batch filming days. Qualifications * Experience as a creative producer, creative director, or content producer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and personality-driven content.
• Experience directing creators or on-camera talent.
• Ability to generate original concepts, not just execute existing ideas.
• Experience with short-form platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok. Nice to Have * Experience with recurring personalities, siblings, couples, podcasts, or co-hosted content.
• Healthcare or educational content experience.
