Job Description

Dot IT is expanding our creative team! We’re looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer with experience in a Digital Marketing Agency to create impactful visual content for a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives for various platforms.
• Create branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and basic UI designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and account management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience creating high-quality social media designs across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and visual communication.
• Ability to transform creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
• Experience designing website layouts (UI) and website visuals.
• Motion graphics experience is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, website, and video design projects.
