Job Description

Korea Taqueria is looking for a creative, organized, and food-loving Social Media Content Manager to help grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become part of a growing restaurant brand—not just manage another account.

What You’ll Do:

- Build our following on IG & TikTok (Lots of room for growth here)

- Review our library of high-quality photos and videos.

- Create a monthly content calendar.

- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).

- Write engaging captions and schedule posts.

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.

- Bring fresh content ideas and marketing campaigns each month.

- Occasionally visit our Philadelphia locations to capture new content.

Requirements

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has experience managing business social media accounts.

- Is skilled with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software.

- Understands Instagram and TikTok trends.

- Is highly organized and can plan content weeks in advance.

- Loves food, restaurants, and storytelling.

- Can work independently with minimal supervision.

- Is interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing company.

Bonus Points If You:

- Have experience with restaurant or hospitality brands.

- Have photography or videography skills.

- Live in or near Philadelphia.

- Can show examples of accounts you’ve helped grow.

Compensation

Competitive and based on experience. We are open to part-time, freelance, or contract arrangements that can grow into a larger role over time.

Pay: Up to $500.00 per week
