Job Description

A growing production design team in Orlando, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Layout Designer for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a designer with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys structured production work, accurate layouts, brand consistency, and a collaborative team environment. This position focuses on layout and production design rather than creative concept development. You will work with client artwork requests, established brand standards, and detailed specifications to create polished, accurate deliverables. Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically in layout and production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and brand compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset to work efficiently with team members.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support workflow and production efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.
• Comprehensive benefits available upon permanent hire.
• Hybrid schedule after training: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Company-provided Mac computer, keyboard, and mouse.
