Job Description

Peak Medias is a creative agency specializing in regulated retail brands. We produce high-volume design for retail dispensaries and lifestyle brands: deal graphics, social content, email designs, and in-store screens, plus branding work outside the niche from time to time. We move fast, and quality never slips.

This is a fully remote role. Applicants worldwide are welcome to apply.

This is NOT a typical graphic design job. We need someone who is:

A PHOTOSHOP EXPERT
Clean cutouts, compositing, retouching, color work. Fast and precise. You should be the person friends send photos to for “can you fix this real quick.”

EXPERIENCED WITH AI IMAGERY
You know how to get production-ready results out of AI image tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana / Gemini, Firefly, etc.) and, more importantly, how to catch and fix what AI gets wrong. Warped text, mangled logos, melted product labels: none of that ever leaves your desk.

FAST ON EDITS
Time is money. A copy change, a product swap, a resize, turned around quickly, not tomorrow.

SOMEONE WITH A REAL EYE
Spacing, hierarchy, type, color. You notice when something is 2px off. You know when a graphic looks premium and when it looks cheap, and you can say why.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ and comfortable designing for regulated industries, including licensed cannabis retail
• Strong portfolio required with application
• Every applicant completes a short AI Design Test. It is required and is the core of our evaluation. Strong candidates may also complete an optional brand graphic test.
• Once submitting your portfolio, applicants will be sent the document with the test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design deal and promo graphics for retail menus, socials, and email campaigns
• Create social content and in-store screen graphics for our client brands
• Use AI tools to generate backgrounds and scenes, then finish them by hand in Photoshop to a professional standard
• Work with real product photos and real brand logos. Catch and fix AI-rendered logos or labels to ensure pixel-perfect representation against real brands.
• Handle quick revision rounds throughout the week
• Occasional branding and design work outside the niche

Compensation

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per month
