Job Description

Notio is a voice-first productivity app designed for neurodivergent users and ADHD task management, aimed at simplifying planning and improving focus. As the app prepares to launch on the App Store and Google Play, the company is looking for a Head Graphic Designer (Remote, Contract) to lead its visual design strategy and execution across product, brand, and marketing. This role involves creating and maintaining brand identity, app interfaces, marketing materials, social content, and pitch decks, while ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams. The designer will also establish logos, typography, and design guidelines for future growth.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital products and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve a cohesive visual identity.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, accessible communication.
• Experience designing interfaces or assets for mobile apps or SaaS products.
• Ability to create inclusive, user-centered designs, ideally with awareness of neurodivergent user needs.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Demonstrates practical experience and talent; someone who has great potential and is passionate about their work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Additional Information

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
