House Gallery is looking for a talented freelance Graphic & Website Designer to support our growing portfolio of real estate development & interior design projects. We’re seeking someone with strong aesthetic instincts who can translate a brand’s point of view into beautiful, highly considered visual work. This is an opportunity to work alongside a design-forward team on projects that sit at the intersection of real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality, and culture.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build websites for real estate and development projects
• Translate project identities into sophisticated digital experiences
• Create website layouts, navigation, typography, imagery, and visual systems
• Design marketing collateral including lookbooks, brochures, presentations, and sales materials
• Work with architectural photography, renderings, floor plans, video, and editorial content
• Maintain consistency across websites, print, social, and other project touchpoints
• Collaborate with House Gallery’s creative and real estate teams from concept through launch
• Make ongoing updates and refinements to project websites as needed

Who You Are:

• You have a sophisticated eye and a strong understanding of composition, typography, scale, balance, and visual hierarchy.
• You’re equally comfortable creating something from scratch and taking an existing concept and making it significantly better.
• You understand that great design is about more than making something look good; it’s about communicating an idea, creating emotion, and knowing what to leave out.
• Highly visually driven and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a premium, design-conscious environment
• Comfortable with Canva and presentation design
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Responsive, organized, and easy to collaborate with
• Interested in architecture, interiors, fashion, hospitality, art, or real estate
• Someone who notices the details other people miss

Experience:
2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred. Experience in real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality, fashion, editorial, or other design-driven industries is a plus. This is a freelance position with the potential for ongoing work. Projects will vary in scope and may range from quick-turn digital assets to larger brand and development marketing projects.

Additional Information

Location: Remote, with preference for someone in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Occasional in-person collaboration may be requested.
