Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Contract PT Social Media Account Manager to join our agency team. You’ll manage client social media accounts, create engaging content, and develop strategies that grow their online presence and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Develop and execute social media strategies for clients.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Monitor accounts daily, including comments, messages, and engagement.
• Create, edit, and schedule social media content.
• Conduct in-person content shoots using iPhone photography and videography.
• Schedule monthly client check-ins to review performance and upcoming content.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and content opportunities.
• Monitor analytics and KPIs and make recommendations based on performance.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of social media management experience, preferably in a freelance or agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, video editing, graphic design, and/or photography.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Metricool, Canva, and CapCut.
• Knowledge of social media SEO and content optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with client communication and in-person content creation.
• Paid advertising experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• Flat-rate compensation per client account, based on the scope and level of management required.
• Contract position with the opportunity to manage multiple client accounts.
• Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
