I’m looking for a creative, trend-savvy social media assistant to support the growth of my TikTok and Instagram presence and help secure brand collaborations. I create fitness, wellness, lifestyle, food, travel, fashion, and Kansas City content, and need behind-the-scenes support with spotting relevant trends early, analysing why they work, and turning them into clear, tailored video ideas, hooks, captions, and weekly content plans.

The role includes researching TikTok and Instagram trends, monitoring successful creators, reviewing content performance, and identifying collaboration opportunities with Kansas City businesses and relevant national brands. You will research potential partners, manage outreach and follow-ups, and track responses and opportunities. This is a remote, part-time contract role with potential to grow based on performance. Strong TikTok and Instagram knowledge, fluent English, proactive communication, and experience in influencer outreach or brand partnerships are preferred.

I’m a fitness and lifestyle content creator based in Kansas City, creating content primarily on TikTok and Instagram. I’m looking for a creative, proactive person who can work alongside me to grow my social media presence and help me secure more brand collaborations. My content focuses on fitness, wellness, lifestyle, food, travel, fashion, and my life in Kansas City. I already create and appear in my own content, so I’m not looking for someone to take over my accounts. I need someone behind the scenes who can help me identify what is trending, come up with content ideas, research potential brand partnerships, and handle outreach. I want someone who is constantly paying attention to TikTok and Instagram and can tell me things like: “What’s trending right now?”
“What should you film this week?”
“What brands should we reach out to?”
“Why is this video performing so well?”
“How can we turn this trend into something that fits your brand?” The ideal person is creative, fast-moving, organized, and genuinely understands social media culture. I’m open to working with someone internationally and would love someone who can bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to my content.
