Job Description

Position Title: Freelance Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Support Consultant

Location: Melbourne, Florida

Work Arrangement: Approximately 85% Remote / Work From Home with occasional on-site support in Brevard County, Florida

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Starting Rate: $45/hour

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Expert-level experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and visual communication
• Ability to follow and apply established brand guidelines consistently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with professionalism and discretion
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Must be local to Melbourne, Florida/Brevard County
• Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel and project-related pickups/deliveries
• Dependable and responsive when immediate project attention is required

Additional Information

Work Environment: Approximately 85% remote work; occasional local transportation throughout Brevard County based on project needs.

Contractor Responsibilities: As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for tracking your own hours and projects, providing accurate invoices, and managing your own schedule and workflow. Required equipment includes your own computer and design software.

Important Notes for Applicants: This role requires quick adaptability and the ability to work independently. You will receive project briefings but must take initiative to understand and execute tasks without constant supervision.
